North Asheville Christian School recognizes the importance of Physical Education as well as academics. Students participate in a wide range of games and sports from Dodgeball and Duck Duck Goose to Soccer, Volleyball and Basketball. Students learn how to work as a team encouraging each other. They learn how to exhibit Christ-like attitudes in sportsmanship.

It is a known fact that children don't get enough exercise. At NACS, they have a great time burning off some energy and enjoying much needed recess. They learn to glorify God with their bodies, as well as their spirit as Paul instructed in 1 Corinthians.

"What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's"
(1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
